चंद्रपूर :जिल्ह्यातील गोंडपिपरी तालुक्यात नवीन पोडसा, वेडगाव, सकमूर मार्ग पावसाळ्यात पूर्णतः बंद असतो. नागरिकांच्या हालअपेष्टा होतात. वैद्यकीय अधिकारी गैरहजर राहत असल्याने आरोग्य समस्यांचा प्रश्न निर्माण होतो. याबाबत २५ ऑगष्ट २०२२ रोजी पाथ फाउंडेशनने (Path Foundation) मानवाधिकार आयोगाकडे (Human Rights Commission) याचिका दाखल केली होती. या याचिकेची आयोगाने गंभीर दखल घेतली असून न्यायमूर्ती एम. ए. सयीद यांच्यासमक्ष १७ एप्रिल २०२३ रोजी चंद्रपूर जि. प. मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (Chief Executive Officer ) यांना हजर राहण्याचा आदेश सोमवारी (दि. ३) दिला आहे.
मागील पावसाळ्यात गोंडपिपरी तालुक्यातील नवीन पोडसा येथील गर्भवती माता पिंकू सुनील सातपुते या महिलेला प्रसूतीसाठी प्रचंड संघर्ष करावा लागला. वेडगाव येथील आरोग्य उपकेंद्रात डॉक्टर्स, वैद्यकीय अधिकारी व सोयी सुविधा नव्हत्या. पावसाने वेडगाव-सकमूर मार्गाला बेटाचे स्वरूप आले होते. या भीषण परिस्थितीत सातपुते कुटुंबीयांनी जीव मुठीत धरून वेडगाव ते सकमूर पर्यंत डोंग्याने प्रवास करीत त्या गर्भवती मातेला गोंडपिपरीला आणले. तिथून जिल्हा सामान्य रुग्णालयात हलविण्यात आले.
या प्रश्नांबाबत पाथ फाऊंडेशनचे संस्थापक ॲड. दीपक चटप, ॲड. बोधी रामटेके, समिर निमगडे व संदीप रायपूरे यांनी मानवाधिकार आयोग मुंबई येथे याचिका दाखल केली होती. या याचिकेची आयोगाने गंभीर दखल घेतली. न्यायमूर्ती एम.ए. सयीद यांच्यासमक्ष १७ एप्रिल २०२३ रोजी जि. प. मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांना हजर राहण्याचा आदेश दिला आहे. Chandrapur: New Podsa, Vedgaon, Sakamur Marg in Gondpipari Taluka of the district is completely closed during monsoon. Citizens suffer. Health problems arise due to absence of medical officers. On 25 August 2022, Path Foundation filed a petition with the Human Rights Commission in this regard. The Commission has taken serious notice of this petition and Justice M. A. Chandrapur District on 17 April 2023 before Syed. W. The Chief Executive Officer has been ordered to appear on Monday (3rd).
During the last monsoon, pregnant mother Pinku Sunil Satpute of Navin Podsa in Gondpipari taluk had to struggle to give birth. There were no doctors, medical officers and facilities in the health sub-centre at Vedgaon. Due to the rains, the Vedgaon-Sakamur route had become an island. In this dire situation, Satpute family took their lives and traveled by canoe from Vedgaon to Sakamoor and brought the pregnant mother to Gondpipari. From there he was shifted to District General Hospital.
Regarding these questions, the founder of Path Foundation Adv. Deepak Chatap, Adv. Bodhi Ramteke, Samir Nimgade and Sandeep Raipure had filed a petition at the Human Rights Commission, Mumbai.
