(tiger tadoba) बालकाची आई अतिक्षा ही आपल्या हर्षदला शौचास लागल्याने त्याला अंगणात बसवून उभी असतानाच वाघाने अंधाराच्या दिशेने येत हर्षदवर हल्ला केला व आईच्या डोळ्यांदेखत त्याला उचलून नेले. आईने आरडाओरड करून शेजारच्या लोकांना बोलाविले. तातडीने नागरिक धावून आले. तोपर्यंत बालकाला वाघ तोंडात घेऊन निघून गेला होता. नागरिकांनी परिसरातील झुडपात शोधाशोध केली. परंतु मुलाचा शोध लागला नाही. तातडीने वनविभागाला व पाथरी पोलिसांना घटनेची माहिती देण्यात आली. शोधमोहीम सुरू करण्यात आली. रात्री अंधार असल्याने शोधमोहिमेत अडथळा येत आहे. दरम्यान, घटनास्थळी सावलीचे वनपरिक्षेत्र अधिकारी प्रवीण विरूरकर, पाथरीचे क्षेत्र सहायक एन. बी. पाटील, सावलीचे क्षेत्र सहायक राजू कोडापे, पाथरीचे ठाणेदार मंगेश मोहोड यांनी घटनास्थळी भेट दिली.
