आयुष्‍य जगत असताना अंतर्मनातील गोष्‍टी आपण निश्‍चीतपणे नोंदवित असल्‍यास, चिंतन करीत असल्‍यास यश निश्‍चीतपणे मिळत असते. चंद्रपूर हा जिल्‍हा कोळसा खाणींचा आहे. या खाणीतुनच आपण जगाला हिरे देत असतो याची प्रचिती शा‍रिरीक आणि मानसिक चपळतेची कठीण परिक्षा समजली जाणारी जर्मनीतील ड्युसबर्ग येथे आयोजित आयर्नमॅन २०२२ स्‍पर्धेत चंद्रपूरच्‍या डॉक्‍टरांनी विजय पताका फडकावत दिली आहे. या डॉक्टरांचे हे यश चंद्रपुर जिल्ह्याची मान अभिमानाने ऊंच करणारे आहे , असे प्रतिपादन वने व सांस्‍कृतीक कार्यमंत्री श्री. सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांनी केले.

दिनांक ४ सप्‍टेंबर २०२२ रोजी चन्द्रपुरातील आय.एम.ए. सभागृहामध्‍ये आयोजित सत्‍कार समारंभावेळी श्री. सुधीर मुनगंटीवार बोलत होते. यावेळी आय.एम.ए. चे अध्‍यक्ष डॉ. अमल पोद्दार, भाजपाचे जिल्‍हाध्‍यक्ष देवराव भोंगळे, सचिव डॉ. नगीना नायडु, प्रोजेक्‍टर डायरेक्‍टर डॉ. रवि अल्‍लुरवार, कोषाध्‍यक्ष डॉ. अमित देवईकर, आय.एम.ए. वुमन विंग अध्‍यक्षा डॉ. कल्‍याणी दिक्षीत यांची प्रामुख्‍याने उपस्थिती होती.

यावेळी बोलताना श्री मुनगंटीवार पुढे म्हणाले, अर्जुनाला जसे केवळ पोपटाचा डोळा दिसत होता तसेच आपण आयुष्‍यामध्‍ये एकाग्रता ठेवून यश संपादन केले पाहीजे. जिद्द , निष्ठा , परिश्रम आणि चिकाटी यातून साकारलेले चिरंतन काळ टिकणारे असते असेही ते म्हणाले.

जर्मनीतील ड्युसबर्ग आयर्नमॅन ७०.०३ स्‍पर्धा आयोजित करण्‍यात आली होती. १.९१ किलोमीटर पोहणे, ९१ किलोमीटर सायकलींग आणि २१ किलोमीटर धावणे असे प्रकार होते. हे तिन्‍ही प्रकार ८.३० तासांच्‍या कालावधीत पूर्ण करीत चंद्रपूरच्‍या इंडियन मेडीकल असोसिएशनशी संलग्‍नीत डॉक्‍टरांनी पुस्‍कारावर आपले नांव कोरले आहे. यामध्‍ये डॉ. संदिप मुनगंटीवार, डॉ. कल्‍पना गुलवाडे, डॉ. सचिन भेदे, डॉ. प्राजक्‍ता आस्‍वार, डॉ. गुरूराज कुलकर्णी, डॉ. नबा शिवजी, डॉ. रिजवान अली शिवजी, डॉ. अभय राठोड व पोलिस कर्मचारी श्रीपाद बल्‍की यांचा श्री. सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांच्‍या हस्‍ते सत्‍कार करण्‍यात आला.

Twitter Edit | आता ट्विट एडिट करता येणार

फेसबुक, इन्स्टाग्राम मध्ये केलेली पोस्ट संपादीत करता येते. आता ट्विटर मध्ये केलीली पोस्ट एडिट करता येणार आहे. यासाठी ट्विटरने एडिट बटण सुरू केले आहे. मात्र, हि सुविधा फक्त व्हेरिफाईड अकाउंटनाच मिळेल. ट्विट केल्यानंतर 30 मिनिटांपर्यत ट्विट एडिट करता येणार असून, ट्विटरने सध्या याची चाचणी सुरू केली आहे. ट्विटरने ट्विट करून याबद्दलची माहिती दिली आहे. सुरुवातीला ज्यांचे अकाउंट व्हेरिफाईड आहे त्यांनाच ही सुविधा मिळणार आहे.

Twitter says it will roll out an editing feature to subscribers of its premium Twitter Blue service later this month. In an update on its plans to introduce an edit button, the social media company said it has been testing the feature internally, which it said is one of the most requested features to date.

The edit function will give users 30 minutes to make changes to their 280-character messages such as fixing typos or adding hashtags after first publishing a tweet.

To make it clear that a tweet has been modified, they'll be labeled and appear with an icon and timestamp. Users can look up past versions of the tweet by tapping the label.

Twitter said it's testing the edit feature with a small group of users so it can identify and resolve potential issues.

“This includes how people might misuse the feature,” the company said in a blog post. “You can never be too careful.”

The time limit and version history play an important role, Twitter said. “They help protect the integrity of the conversation and create a publicly accessible record of what was said.”

Twitter hinted that the edit feature would eventually be rolled out to all users. Testing helps the company understand how it impacts the way people use Twitter “as well as plan for and anticipate what might happen if we bring it to everyone,” spokeswoman Stephanie Cortez said.

Many Twitter users — among them, Kim Kardashian, Ice T, Katy Perry and McDonald’s corporate account — have long pleaded for an edit button.

The company said in April that it has been working on the feature since last year, a day after Tesla CEO Elon Musk polled his followers on whether they wanted an edit button. About three-quarters of the 4.4 million respondents said yes.

Later that month, Musk offered to buy Twitter for $44 billion with the promise that his ownership would bring big changes to the service. He has since attempted to back out of the deal citing concerns about fake accounts and whistleblower allegations of poor cybersecurity, setting the stage for a bruising legal battle over whether he has to go through with the purchase.

The premium service costs $4.99 per month.

Toyota, Nissan to suspend production in Fukuoka

Japan on Monday braced for the impact of a strong approaching typhoon, with airlines cancelling flights and some companies suspending production at factories in the western part of the country. Typhoon Hinnamnor was already pounding parts of the westernmost main island of Kyushu with heavy rain on Monday, with both rain and winds expected to worsen as the storm brushes by on Tuesday and heads towards Korea, which raised its typhoon alert level to the highest.

Parts of Kyushu were expected to be hit by some 300 millimeters of rain in the 24 hours to noon on Tuesday, the Japan Meteorological Agency said, also warning of strong winds and storm surges.

Toyota Motor Corp said it will suspend some evening shifts at three plants in western Japan, while Nissan Motor Corp and Nissan Shatai Co subsidiaries in Fukuoka prefecture suspended production for Monday night and Tuesday daylight shifts.

Toyota will suspend Monday night shift production starting at 9 p.m. and cancel Tuesday morning production at three factories in Fukuoka Prefecture. The automaker expects to resume production on the Tuesday night shift, it said on its website.
