Geospatial World Confers Nagpur Metro Project with Excellence Award

NAGPUR: Geospatial World – a prominent media platform with diverse activities – has conferred `Excellence Award for Metro Project’ on Maha Metro Nagpur. The award was presented at the hands of Union Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways and Civil Aviation Gen (Retd) VK Singh at the GeoSmart India conference held at Hotel Holiday Inn, Aerocity, New Delhi, yesterday (5th September 2022).



Maha-Metro was chosen unanimously by the Jury of Geo Smart Infrastructure 2022, which had Additional Secretary, Ministry of road Transport and Highways Shri Amit Ghosh as its chairman.



The prestigious award is part of Geosmart Infrastructure Awards and aims to celebrate technology’s best-in-class application and leadership in transport, infrastructure development and asset management. Organizations, projects and individuals are felicitated for their impeccable work in the field of digital construction and engineering. Individual and organizations who have made great contribution in these fields are conferred with awards.



Nagpur Metro was shortlisted for the award for its role as it stands as a differentiator in the Indian construction sector with the implementation of geospatial and 5D BIM technology to enhance efficiency and productivity. In addition to cost savings, the 5D digital project management platform has played a decisive role in timely completion of the Metro Project, the Organization has said.



Metro was also credited for working on issues like traffic congestion and road accidents in city and provide citizens with an easy and affordable daily commute. Maha Metro is the first organization in the country to implement the 5D BIM Project visualization. For the uninitiated, 5D-BIM is a digital project management concept that integrates many soft wares seamlessly and employs a five dimensional Building Information Modeling to accurately predict outcomes and timelines.



This unique system has enabled Maha-Metro to very tightly control quality, cost and time. It may be recalled that Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari had presented citations for `Longest Viaduct with Highway Flyover and Metro rail Supported on Single Column Pier’ & `Maximum Metro Stations Constructed on Double Decker Viaduct’ for Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records.

Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya virtually laid the foundation stone of National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) branches in Maharashtra and five other states today. The NCDC Branch of Maharashtra is coming up at Nagpur near the office of Deputy Director Health Service.  

Health Minister  of Maharashtra Dr. Tanaji Rao Sawant was present among the dignitaries who attended the programme virtually.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Mandaviya said, “Disease surveillance plays a crucial part in disease prevention, control and management. Towards this end the regional branches of NCDC will pay a pivotal part. They will provide a boost to public health infrastructure with prompt surveillance, rapid detection and monitoring of diseases thereby enabling early interventions”. He further said, “The Government under leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is committed to strengthening the health infrastructure across the country. There has been a shift from ‘token’ to ‘total’ approach where States are our partners in the spirit of collaborative and cooperative federalism to ensure quality, affordable and accessible healthcare to all”. Dr. Mandaviya added that it is vision of the Prime Minister to strengthen health infrastructure across the country. Govt of India has under PM-ABHIM (Prime Minister- Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission) approved Rs. 64,000 cr for various health infrastructure in the states. He added that the present pandemic of COVID-19 has shown us the importance of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases which can not only cause localized outbreaks but can also lead to a pandemic. NCDC branches in the states and UTs will support the State Govts in timely disease surveillance and monitoring. These will enable early warning leading to timely intervention based on evidence gathered from the field, he pointed out. The state branches will coordinate with NCDC HQR at New Delhi with real time sharing of data and information aided by cutting edge technology. NCDC branches would also be crucial in ensuring timely availability of updated guidelines so that accurate scientifically backed information can be disseminated easily.

Currently, NCDC has eight branches in states with focus on one or few diseases, these will be repurposed and new branches are being added with the mandate for integrated disease surveillance activities, dealing with Anti-Microbial Resistance (AMR), multi-sectoral and entomological investigations etc. NCDC branches are also being established at Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Kerala, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh.

The Nagpur branch will be established over a 2 acres plot. A budget of Rs 18 crore has been sanctioned for the project in Nagpur. 

Union Health Minister also inaugurated the NCDC Laboratory Block -1,Residential Complex and NRL of the National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme. The NCDC Laboratory Block will house state-of-the-art testing and referral laboratories concerned with bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic diseases of public health concern. This laboratory is equipped with 50 high-capacity labs which include 30 Bio-safety level-3 labs, 5 RT-PCR labs and 15 other labs. ३० लाखाच्या खंडणीसाठी मुख्याध्यापकाच्या मैत्रिणींकडूनच मुख्याध्यापकाचं अपहरण

नागपुर:

नागपुरात ३० लाखाच्या खंडणीसाठी मुख्याध्यापकाच्या मैत्रिणींकडूनच मुख्याध्यापकाचं अपहरण करण्यात आलं. प्रदीप मोतीरामानी वय 46, रा. क्रिष्णाती चौक, जरीपटका असं मुख्याध्यापकाचं नाव असून ते नागपूरातील महात्मा गांधी शाळेचे (Mahatma Gandhi Primary School) मुख्याध्यापक असून शुक्रवार संध्याकाळी ते काही कामानिमित्ताने घराबाहेर पडले होते. मात्र रात्री उशिरापर्यंत ते घरी परतले नाही. शुक्रवारी रात्री जेव्हा त्यांच्या मुलीने वडिलांच्या फोनवर संपर्क साधले. तेव्हा अपहरणकर्त्यानी प्रदीप यांच्या सुटकेसाठी 30 लाख रुपयांची खंडणी मागितली. त्यानंतर मोतीरामानी कुटुंबीयांनी पोलिसांशी संपर्क साधून तक्रार दाखल केली होती. शुक्रवार रात्रीपासून पोलीस पथक प्रदीप यांचे शोध घेत असताना काल संध्याकाळी ते सुखरूप परतले.

या प्रकरणी पोलिसांनी रीना फ्रान्सिस (वय 44, रा. महाराणा अपार्टमेंट, मानकापूर, सूरज फलके (वय 20) अशी अटक केलेल्या आरोपींची नावे आहेत. यातील विक्की जैस हा आरोपी अद्यापही फरार आहे. याच शाळेत रीना फ्रान्सिस ही शिक्षिका म्हणून कार्यरत होती. दरम्यान, रीना आणि प्रदीप यांच्यात 'खास' मैत्री झाली होती. त्यानंतर रीनाने तेथून नोकरी सोडून हिंगण्याच्या एका शाळेत नोकरी सुरु केली.

रीना आणि तिचा पती नोएल यांना एक मुलगी आहे. परंतु आपसात पटत नसल्याने त्यांनी 2009 मध्ये घटस्फोट घेतला. दुसऱ्या शाळेत शिकविणे सुरु केले तरीही रीना आणि प्रदीपचे मैत्री कायम होती. अशातच आर्थिक तंगीतून रीना आणि तिच्या घटस्फोट झालेल्या पतीने प्रदीपच्या अपहरणाचा बेत आखून शुक्रवारी रात्री 10.30 वाजता त्याचे अपहरण केले. परंतु पोलिसांनी माहिती मिळाल्याचे पाहून आरोपींनी शनिवारी दुपारी 3वाजता प्रदीपला सोडून दिले. प्रदीपचे अपहरण झाल्याची तक्रार त्यांची पत्नी ज्योती प्रदीप मोतीरामानी (वय 46) यांनी जरीपटका ठाण्यात दिली. तसेच 30 लाखांची मागणी आरोपींनी केल्याचे पोलिसांना सांगितल्याने पोलिसात खळबळ उडाली. पोलिसांनी तपासचक्र फिरवून काही तासांतच आरोपींना ताब्यात घेतले.

मौदा येथे जाऊन प्रदीपच्या मोबाईलवरुन 30 लाख रुपयांची खंडणी मागितली. मात्र हे प्रकरण पोलिसांपर्यंत गेल्याने घाबरुन आरोपींनी मुख्याध्यापकाला सोडून दिले. प्रदीपच्या कुटुंबियांकडून 15 लाख रुपये मिळतील अशी आरोपींना अपेक्षा होती. दरम्यान, आरोपी नोएल फ्रांसिसकडे बंदूक आणि चार राउंड सापडल्याची माहिती पोलीसांकडून देण्यात आली आहे.

 Optimizing NCD Care among Tribals of Ramtek Block- AIIMS Nagpur Initiative

Department of Community Medicine, AIIMS, Nagpur is working in the tribal population of Ramtek block to expand the range of NCD care and optimize the utilization of services delivered at Health & Wellness Centres targeting about 43000 populations over 60 villages.  

AIIMS, Nagpur facilitated the functioning of the Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Committee (VHNSC) of these 60 villages by reorienting them and supporting them to contribute to health-related events. VHSNC members in coordination with health staff organized more than 40 mega screening camps for hypertension and diabetes. In these 40 camps, more than 5000 people above 30 years of age have been screened for hypertension and diabetes and more than 1750 patients have been put on treatment for diabetes and hypertension. This includes 900 patients who shifted their treatment from private to government facilities. A line list of patients who are on treatment for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, Heart attack, stroke, epilepsy, respiratory disorders, cancers have been prepared and shared with all health staff. This will help the health system while planning the delivery of health services in the future.

At the community level, various activities such as rallies, village level meetings, small group meetings, and patient support group activities are being carried out to raise awareness related to risk factors for Non-Communicable diseases. In line with the Ayushman Bharat agenda, to give a strong wellness focus various campaigns were held. Recently, mega Poshan Melava has been organized on PHC premises for giving real-time training and exposure to healthy lifestyle choices among VHSNC members. 

More than 70 Information and education materials and videos have been developed by the department and these resources are available under public domains including the State Health Mission, Maharashtra. The activity is sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research. नागपूर : स्पेशलायझेशनच्या युगात नवनवीन संशोधने आणि सुधारणांना नेहमीच वाव असतो. वीज उत्पादनाच्या खडतर आणि अतिशय गुंतागुंतीच्या तांत्रिक स्वरूपाच्या कामात दैनंदिन समस्यांवर मात करण्यासाठी महानिर्मितीच्या २१९० मेगावाट क्षमतेच्या कोराडी औष्णिक विद्युत केंद्र आणि १३४० मेगावाट क्षमतेच्या खापरखेडा औष्णिक विद्युत केंद्राने नुकतेच मध्य भारतातील सुप्रसिद्ध अश्या विश्वेश्वरय्या राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिक संस्थान (व्ही.एन.आय.टी.) नागपूर येथे पदव्युत्तर आणि पदवी शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना “संशोधन सहाय्यक” म्हणून सहभागी करून घेण्याबद्दल आज सामंजस्य करारावर(एम.ओ.यु.) स्वाक्षऱ्या केल्या.

औष्णिक वीज उत्पादनाच्या दैनंदिन कार्यात मेकॅनिकल, इलेक्ट्रीकल, इंस्ट्रमेंटेशन, थर्मल इंजिनियरिंग, पॉवर इंजिनियरिंग, कम्प्युटर इंजिनियरिंग, सिव्हील इंजिनियरिंग सारख्या विविध अभियांत्रिकी संवर्गातील तांत्रिक कामांचा परस्पर संबंध असल्याने हे काम अतिशय जिकीरीचे आणि गुंतागुंतीचे आणि स्पेशलायझेशन स्वरूपाचे असते. दैनंदिन कामकाजाची तांत्रिक पद्धत जरी निश्चित असली तरी अनेकदा समस्या निर्माण होतात किंवा त्यामध्ये कालानुरूप सुधारणांची गरज असते. अत्याधुनिक तंत्रज्ञानात तरुण पिढी अग्रेसर असल्याने अभियांत्रिकी शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या तरुणांसाठी ही सुवर्ण संधी आहे. यामध्ये, पदव्युत्तर शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना एक वर्ष प्रतिमाह २५ हजार रुपये प्रशिक्षण भत्ता तर पदवी शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना तीन महिने प्रतिमाह २० हजार रुपये प्रशिक्षण भत्ता देण्यात येणार आहे.

महानिर्मितीचे अध्यक्ष तथा व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक संजय खंदारे यांनी महानिर्मितीच्या औष्णिक, वायू, सौर, जल विद्युत केंद्र तसेच मुख्यालय मुंबईसाठी तरुण अभियंत्यांमध्ये संशोधन वृत्ती वाढीस लागावी व सोबत अर्थार्जन व्हावे म्हणून “संशोधन सहाय्यक” या अभिनव योजनेला मान्यता दिली आहे. महानिर्मितीचे संचालक चंद्रकांत थोटवे, पुरुषोत्तम जाधव, बाळासाहेब थिटे, डॉ. मानवेंद्र रामटेके, संजय मारुडकर, कार्यकारी संचालक भीमाशंकर मंता यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली राज्यभरातील नागपूर, पुणे, औरंगाबाद, मुंबई, रायगड, चंद्रपूर, कराड, अमरावती आणि जळगाव अश्या ९ अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालयातील सुमारे ६० विद्यार्थ्यांना “संशोधन सहाय्यक” म्हणून सहभागी करून ही योजना राबवली जाणार आहे. प्रशिक्षण कालावधी यशस्वी पूर्ण केल्यानंतर ह्या विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रमाणपत्र देण्यात येणार आहे.

संशोधन सहाय्यकाला वीज उत्पादनाच्या क्षेत्रातील उत्तम तांत्रिक कौशल्य, कमीत कमी संयंत्र वापर, प्रभावी मनुष्यबळ वापर, जल, वाफ, इंधन, वीज वापरात बचत, गुणवत्तापूर्ण अंकेक्षण, विश्लेषण, समस्येचे मूळ कारण शोधणे, जुन्या संचाचे नूतनीकरण व आधुनुकीकरण, राख आणि कोळसा दर्जा व्यवस्थापन, विश्लेषण, वीज उत्पादनात कार्यक्षमता वाढ, खर्चात काटकसर, पर्यावरण रक्षण, वातावरण बदल, अद्ययावत तंत्रज्ञान, अपारंपारिक उर्जा नवीन तंत्रज्ञानाचा अवलंब, राष्ट्रीय-आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवरील संशोधन, विकासात्मक अभ्यास आणि शिफारशी इत्यादींचा प्रकल्प अहवाल सादर करावा लागणार आहे.

Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme

MSME-DFO,Nagpur, MoMSME,GoI  organized Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme (EAP) on dt.17th August, 2022 at MSME-DFO Conference Hall,Nagpur.  The main objective of the Awareness programme was to create awareness about entrepreneurshipand encourage the youth for self-employment. The programme was organized with the initiative and guidance of ShriP.M.Parlewar, Director, MSME-DFO, Nagpur.  

Ms Swati Shahi, Joint Development Commissioner, O/o Development Commissioner (MSME) Govt. of India, New Delhi who was on official visit to Nagpur graced the programme as Chief Guest.  Dr.V.R.Sirsath, Joint Director,MSME-DFO Nagpur, Shri Ajay Rathod, Factory Inspector, DIC, ShriRakeshKumbhare, Manager, Bank of India and Ms. ParinitaPandhram, Asstt.Director,MSME-DFO Nagpur were present on the dais.  

In the beginning, Dr.V.R.Sirsath, JointDirector,MSME-DFO,Nagpur welcomed the dignitaries on the dais and the participants and appealed to the participants to take benefit of the programme.  He encouraged the youth to start their own enterprises from the young age.  He said for starting a business there are no restrictions of age, qualification etc.  Anybody can start the business on small scale initially and become successful.   By becoming self-employed they can give employment to others.  He said that there is the necessity to do SWOT analysis.  He explained the four ways of earning income through cash flow quadrant example.  ShriShirsath also explained in brief about the various schemes of Ministry of MSME.

In her Chief Guest address Ms. Swati Shahi, JDC welcomed all the participants and expressed satisfaction that youth are interested in entrepreneurship.  She said that hard work is the key to succeed in any field.  There is no short cut to success.  She also stressed on SWOT analysis.  She said that today’s youth is very much aware and capable to take decisions as far as choosing their career.  She said that nothing is easy but there is a need to take firm decision and risk taking capacity.  In entrepreneurship, there are immense opportunities.  Sky is the limit.  You have to take decision as per your mind set.  She explained that for becoming successful in business, 5 things are required-Vision, Passion, assistance (Financial assistance) Technology know-how and marketing skills (How to market their products).  She said MSMEs are the growth engine of all the developed countries of the world.  She encouraged the young participants, prospective entrepreneurs to become job providers and not job seekers.  In the end she wished all the participants for their bright future by becoming successful entrepreneurs.  Ms Swati Shahi,JDC also answered the querries raised by the participants.

In the technical sessions, Shri Ajay Rathod, DIC explained the schemes of DIC through his presentation. 

ShriRakeshKumbhare, Bank official explained the schemes of Bank for the prospective and existing entrepreneurs and asked the participants to take benefit of the schemes. 

ShriP.T.Doifode, Asstt.Director, MSME-DFO Nagpur explained the participants on various schemes of MSME and asked the participants to take benefit of the schemes.  He also explained them regarding Udyam registration process.  

Ms. ParineetaPandhram, Asstt.Director,MSME-DFO and Programme co-ordinator  took interactive session and also gave presentation on MSME schemes.

बाजारगाव :- आज सकाळी 11 चे सुमारास बाजारगाव परिसरातील अग्रवाल पेपर मिल यांच्या पडीत शेतात जनावरांना चराई करण्यासाठी नेले असता जनावरांच्या अंगावर जिवंत विद्युत तार पडून 11 जनावरांचा यात ६ म्हशी ४गाई व १ वासरू याचा जागीच मृत्यू झाला तर २ जनावर गंभीर जखमी आहे.

सविस्तर वृत्त असे की आज सकाळी अकराच्या सुमारास बाजारगाव येथील खेमाजी सोंनबाजी धारोकर (६५) हे नेहमीप्रमाणे आपल्या जनावरांना बाजारगाव परिसरातील अग्रवाल पेपर मिल च्या पाठीमागे पडीत असलेले शेतात नेत होते परंतु आज सकाळपासून सुरू असलेल्या पावसामुळे 220 केबीच्या विद्युत तारावर पडले त्यामुळे विद्युत खांबे सोबत जिवंत तार जमिनीवर तुटून पडले व लगतच चरत असलेले अकरा जनावरे यात सहा म्हशी चार गाई व एक वासरू हे जागीच मरण पावले तर दोन जनावर हे अजूनही गंभीर जखमी आहे सर्व जनावर दुभते (दूध देणारे) असून आज हे माझी संभाजी धारोकर वय 65 यांच्यावर कठीण प्रसंग उडवला आहे घटनेची माहिती लगेच बाजारगाव विद्युत विभागाला देण्यात आली. 

 त्यांनी लगेच विद्युत प्रवाह बंद करून घटनास्थळ गाठले तसेच कोंढाळी पोलीसंना सुद्धा कळविण्यात आले. घटनेची माहिती नाना गावंडे (महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश काँग्रेस कमिटी उपाध्यक्ष )यांना होताच त्यांनी घटनास्थळ गाठले व लगेच पोलीस विद्युत विभाग महसूल विभाग पशू वैद्यकीय अधिकारी यांना लवकरात लवकर पंचनामा करून योग्य तो मोबदला देण्यात यावा अशी मागणी केली नाना गावंडे (महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश काँग्रेस कमिटी उपाध्यक्ष) या वेळी अनिल पाटील, मंगेश चोखांद्रे, तुषार चौधरी (सरपंच बाजारगाव) प्रकाश भोले (उपसरपच) मंगेश भड,विजय चौधरी(सरपंच सातनवरी),संजय भोगे,विनोद लंगोट ,निखिल पाटील ,वसंत बघेले,बबलू भेद्रे,कमलेश यादव यांनी केली

कामठी: (Kamathi)  येथील समाजकार्य महाविद्यालयात भारतीय स्वातंत्र्याला ७५ वर्षे पूर्ण होत असल्याच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर स्वातंत्र्याचा अमृत महोत्सवाचा सप्ताह विविध कार्यक्रम उपक्रमांद्वारे साजरा करण्यात येत आहे. याअंतर्गत आज  श्रमदान व स्वच्छता अभियान कार्यक्रम राबविण्यात आला.

कार्यक्रमाच्या सुरुवातीला महाविद्यालयातील स्वच्छता कर्मचारी श्री वसंता तांबडे यांच्या हस्ते स्वच्छतेचे पुरस्कर्ते संत गाडगेबाबा यांच्या प्रतिमेला पुष्पहार अर्पण करून स्वच्छता अभियानास प्रारंभ झाला. महाविद्यालयातील  शिक्षक व शिक्षकेतर कर्मचाऱ्यांनी हाती झाडू, खराटे घेऊन महाविद्यालयाचा परिसर व दादासाहेब कुंभारे शैक्षणिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थेचा परिसर स्वच्छ केला. प्लास्टिक, झाडांची कुजलेली पाने, दगड धोंडे एकत्र करून त्याची विल्हेवाट लावण्यात आली व संपूर्ण परिसर स्वच्छ करण्यात आला. या स्वच्छता अभियानात डॉ. प्रणाली पाटील, प्रा. उज्वला सुखदेवे, डॉ. राष्ट्रपाल मेश्राम, डॉ. सविता चिवंडे, डॉ.ओमप्रकाश कश्यप, डॉ. निशांत माटे, प्रा. शशिकांत डांगे,डॉ. मनीष मुडे, प्रा. हर्षल गजभिये, प्रा. राहुल जुनगरी, प्रा.राम बुटके, प्रा. गिरीश आत्राम, प्रा.आवेशखरणी शेख, शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी उज्ज्वला मेश्राम, गजानन कारमोरे, प्रतीक कोकोडे, किरण गजभिये, वसंता तांबडे, शाशील बोरकर, राहुल पाटील उपस्थित होते. संचालन व प्रास्ताविक डॉ. राष्ट्रपाल मेश्राम यांनी केले.

हुडकेश्वरच्या त्या नाल्यावरील पूलाने लावली "ढूंगणाची" वाट

नागपूर येथील पिपळा फाटा परिसरातील हुडकेश्वर रोड येथील नाल्यावरील पूलामुळे हुडकेश्वर वासी त्रस्त झाले आहेत.मागील दोन वर्षापासून या पूलाचे बांधकाम हे थंड बस्त्यात सुरू असल्याने याचा त्रास तेथील हजारो नागरिकांना सहन करावा लागत आहे. या पुलावरून जातांना ढुंगन आणि कमरेचे हाड हे शरीरासाठी त्रासदायक ठरू लागले आहे.२ वर्षापेक्षा अधिकचा काळ लोटून गेला मात्र हुडकेश्वर वासियांचे दुःख कोणताच लोकप्रतिनिधी समजू शकत नसल्याने आता येणाऱ्या काळात नगरसेवकांना नागरिक चांगलाच जाब विचारणार आहे. 

या पुलाचे काम दोन दिवसासाठी चालू तर दोन महिन्यांसाठी बंद अशा पद्धतीने होत असल्याने दोन वर्षापासून या पूलाचे बांधकाम पूर्ण होऊ शकले नाही.त्यामुळे नागरिकांना चांगलाच त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे. सदर पुलावर मोठ मोठे खड्डे पडले असून बाजूच्या नवीन तयार होणाऱ्या पूलाच्या बांधकामासाठी तयार करण्यात आलेला काँक्रेट देखील बाजूच्या वाहतूक सुरू असलेल्या पुलावर पडल्याने पुलावर मोठ मोठे घातक (टेकाळ) ब्रेकर्स तयार झालेले आहे.

 त्यामुळे योग्यरीत्या पुलाचे काम होत नसल्याने पावसाळ्यात नागरिकांचे आता त्याच पुलावर दररोज अपघात होत आहेत. याच परिसरातील ये जा करणारे बुजरूक,वयोवृद्ध,जेष्ठ नागरिक त्या पुलावर दररोज पडून जखमी होत आहेत. मात्र याकडे पालिका प्रशासन जाणीवपूर्वक दुर्लक्ष करत असल्याचे परिसरातील नागरिकांचे म्हणणे आहे.त्यामुळे तात्काळ याची दखल घेत पूलाचे काम पूर्ण करण्यात यावे व खड्डे बुजवून मार्ग सुरळीत करण्यात यावा.अशी विनंती नागरिक करत आहेत.

Adopt healthy lifestyle for stress-free life: IIMC DG Dwivedi to journalists

“When body and mind is neglected, health gets affected. To have a stress-free mind, it is essential for journalists to learn to adopt a healthy lifestyle,” said Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Dwivedi, Director General, Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), here on Monday.

He was speaking as a chief guest at a seminar on “Mental Health of Young Media Professionals”, organized by Amravati regional centre of IIMC in association with UNICEF at ICAR auditorium here.

Mr. Prakash Dubey, Group Editor, Dainik Bhaskar, prsided over the function while IIMC Executive Council member and senior journalist Mr. Umesh Upadhyaya, Prof. Kripa Shankar Chaubey of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, were the guests of honour.

Speaking further, Mr. Dwivedi thanked UNICEF for taking initiative on this important topic in collaboration with IIMC. He made it clear at the outset that the deliberations at the seminar were meant to crate hope in the minds of young journalists, and not to spread disappointment in them.“Do not mix your life with your profession. Your profession is your means of livelihood whereas your life is far greater than that. When you return home from work, come back home as a father, brother, sister. Only then you will find yourself stress-free,” he told the gathering of journalism students from Amravati and Nagpur colleges.

“Disappointment often creeps in when the society does not respond to a journalist who, although egoistically, thinks that they are the voice of the society and are here to repair the world,” observed the IIMC DG, suggesting the students to ,”do your work well and stop worrying about the world. Don’t be a staunch idealist to spoil your own life, profession and family”.

Those who differentiate between life and profession live a longer life than those who do not, he said. “We ourselves are responsible for our health. So it is our responsibility to maintain it. We cannot blame others for it,” said Mr. Dwivedi adding,”health gets affected when body and mind become a victim of negligence.”

Mr. Dwivedi advised the young journalists to adopt a holistic approach to work, respecting the mind. “Do not think that you are someone special while working as a journalist. Instead, consider it as a work of service. Take rest after a certain time of work. Balance your routine to lead your life holistically. Find moments of leisure to spend time with family and friends. Establish respectful communication with them. This will help reduce the tension. Stress is manageable,” he said.

Stating that body is life a temple, Mr. Dwivedi advised to treat it the same way as we treat god in the temple. “Respect your body, think of what you eat and what you drink. Avoid the poisonous things. If your mind is healthy, your thoughts will be healthy,” he said adding that healthiness and positivity would not be there if there was stress. “We strive day in and day out for justice to society but it will not be good to do injustice with our own body at the same time,” he said.

“We fight for the good and welfare of people. While doing so, we should also see to it that we also take care of ‘self-welfare’,” he said.

Mr. Dwivedi said that a journalist should do multi-tasking to bring diversity in their work culture. “The world will be beautiful if we resolve for it. Do not compromise with the profession for financial affluence. Think only of making the future better. Think only of making your life better by managing stress with available means,” he advised the budding journalists.

In his presidential remarks, Mr. Prakash Dubey said that fright, scare and disappointment are the three things that put young journalists under stress. He called for physical and mental check up of these journalists and their families too.

Earlier, IIMC EC member Mr. Umesh Upadhyaya said that journalists think as if they were the men who ran affairs of the world. “This puts them under stress,” he said. He said that in journalism there is more tension, depression and disappointment than any other profession and advised the gathering to learn to leave some of them. He said that journalists would be under less stress if they understood that their means of livelihood was not their life. He suggested making friends outside the field of journalism to relieve themselves of professional stress.

Prof. Kripa Shankar Chaubey said that reporters feel stressed because they have to do multi-tasking. Deadline pressure also adds to stress, he added. “Stress reduces creativity and also affects health,” he observed and suggested measures to fight with it.

The programme began with the lighting of sacred flame. Prof. Pramod Kumar, Dean, Students Welfare, IIMC, excellently conducted the proceedings and also explained the topic at length through his introductory remarks. Prof. (Dr.) V.K. Bharti, Regional Director, IIMC, Amravati proposed a vote of thanks.

At the outset, Mr. Dwivedi welcomed Mr. Prakash Dubey while Mr. Bharti and Prof. Rajesh Kushwaha welcomed other guests. A memento each was also presented to all the guests on behalf of IIMC, Amravati.

The second session of the seminar was chaired by Mr. Sanjay Dwivedi, DG, IIMC while Mr. Kartik Lokhande, Chief Reporter, The Hitavada, Mr. Shailesh Pande, Online Head, daily Tarun Bharat, Dr. Sagar Chiddarwar, President, Psychiatric Society, Nagpur, Mr. Shishin Rai, Asstt. Director, Information Bureau and Dr. B.S. Dwivedi, Director, ICAR-NBSS & LUP were the speakers. They also threw a very enlightening light on the topic.

आयसीएआरच्या सभागृहात युनिसेफच्या सहकार्याने आयआयएमसीच्या अमरावती प्रादेशिक केंद्राने आयोजित केलेल्या “तरुण माध्यम व्यावसायिकांचे मानसिक आरोग्य” या विषयावरील चर्चासत्रात ते प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून बोलत होते.

दैनिक भास्करचे समूह संपादक श्री.प्रकाश दुबे यांनी कार्यक्रमाचे अध्यक्षस्थान केले तर आयआयएमसी कार्यकारी परिषदेचे सदस्य आणि ज्येष्ठ पत्रकार श्री. उमेश उपाध्याय, वर्धा येथील महात्मा गांधी आंतरराष्ट्रीय हिंदी विद्यापीठाचे प्रा.कृपा शंकर चौबे हे सन्माननीय पाहुणे होते.

पुढे बोलताना श्री द्विवेदी यांनी आयआयएमसीच्या सहकार्याने या महत्त्वाच्या विषयावर पुढाकार घेतल्याबद्दल युनिसेफचे आभार मानले. सेमिनारमधील चर्चा तरुण पत्रकारांच्या मनात आशा निर्माण करण्यासाठी होती आणि त्यांच्यात निराशा पसरवू नये, असे त्यांनी सुरुवातीलाच स्पष्ट केले. “तुमचे जीवन तुमच्या व्यवसायात मिसळू नका. तुमचा व्यवसाय हा तुमचा उदरनिर्वाहाचे साधन आहे तर तुमचे जीवन त्यापेक्षा खूप मोठे आहे. कामावरून घरी परतल्यावर वडील, भाऊ, बहीण म्हणून घरी परत या. तरच तुम्ही तणावमुक्त व्हाल, असे त्यांनी अमरावती आणि नागपूर महाविद्यालयातील पत्रकारितेच्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मेळाव्यात सांगितले.

“ज्या पत्रकाराला समाज प्रतिसाद देत नाही तेव्हा अनेकदा निराशा येते, ज्याला आपण समाजाचा आवाज आहोत आणि जगाला दुरुस्त करण्यासाठी येथे आहोत असे समजत असले तरी ते जगाला दुरुस्त करण्यासाठी आले आहेत,” असे निरीक्षण आयआयएमसीच्या डीजींनी विद्यार्थ्यांना दिले. चांगले काम करा आणि जगाची चिंता करणे थांबवा. आपले स्वतःचे जीवन, व्यवसाय आणि कुटुंब खराब करण्यासाठी कट्टर आदर्शवादी बनू नका."

जे जीवन आणि व्यवसाय यात फरक करतात ते न करणाऱ्यांपेक्षा जास्त आयुष्य जगतात, असे ते म्हणाले. “आपण स्वतःच आपल्या आरोग्यासाठी जबाबदार आहोत. त्यामुळे त्याची देखभाल करणे ही आपली जबाबदारी आहे. त्यासाठी आपण इतरांना दोष देऊ शकत नाही,” श्री द्विवेदी पुढे म्हणाले, “जेव्हा शरीर आणि मन निष्काळजीपणाचे बळी ठरतात तेव्हा आरोग्यावर परिणाम होतो.”

श्री.द्विवेदी यांनी युवा पत्रकारांना मनाचा मान राखून काम करण्यासाठी सर्वांगीण दृष्टीकोन स्वीकारण्याचा सल्ला दिला. “पत्रकार म्हणून काम करताना तुम्ही कोणीतरी खास आहात असे समजू नका. त्याऐवजी सेवेचे काम समजा. कामाच्या ठराविक वेळेनंतर विश्रांती घ्या. तुमचे जीवन सर्वसमावेशकपणे जगण्यासाठी तुमची दिनचर्या संतुलित करा. कुटुंब आणि मित्रांसह वेळ घालवण्यासाठी विश्रांतीचे क्षण शोधा. त्यांच्याशी आदरयुक्त संवाद प्रस्थापित करा. त्यामुळे तणाव कमी होण्यास मदत होईल. ताण आटोपशीर आहे,” तो म्हणाला.

शरीर हे जीवन हे मंदिर आहे, असे सांगून श्री द्विवेदी यांनी आपण मंदिरात देवाला जशी वागणूक देतो तशीच वागणूक देण्याचा सल्ला दिला. “तुमच्या शरीराचा आदर करा, तुम्ही काय खाता आणि काय प्यावे याचा विचार करा. विषारी गोष्टी टाळा. जर तुमचे मन निरोगी असेल तर तुमचे विचार निरोगी असतील,” ते म्हणाले की तणाव असेल तर आरोग्य आणि सकारात्मकता नसते. "आम्ही समाजाला न्याय मिळवून देण्यासाठी दिवसेंदिवस झटतो, पण त्याच वेळी स्वतःच्या शरीरावर अन्याय करणे चांगले होणार नाही," असे ते म्हणाले.

“आम्ही लोकांच्या भल्यासाठी आणि कल्याणासाठी लढतो. हे करत असताना आपण ‘स्व-कल्याणाची’ देखील काळजी घेतली पाहिजे, ”तो म्हणाला.

श्री. द्विवेदी म्हणाले की, पत्रकाराने आपल्या कार्यसंस्कृतीत विविधता आणण्यासाठी मल्टी टास्किंग केले पाहिजे. "आपण त्यासाठी संकल्प केला तर जग सुंदर होईल. आर्थिक संपन्नतेसाठी व्यवसायाशी तडजोड करू नका. फक्त भविष्य चांगले करण्याचा विचार करा. उपलब्ध साधनांद्वारे ताणतणावांचे व्यवस्थापन करूनच आपले जीवन अधिक चांगले करण्याचा विचार करा,” असा सल्ला त्यांनी नवोदित पत्रकारांना दिला.

आपल्या अध्यक्षीय भाषणात श्री. प्रकाश दुबे म्हणाले की, भीती, भीती आणि निराशा या तीन गोष्टी तरुण पत्रकारांना तणावाखाली आणतात. त्यांनी या पत्रकारांची आणि त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांचीही शारीरिक आणि मानसिक तपासणी करण्याचे आवाहन केले.

तत्पूर्वी, आयआयएमसी ईसी सदस्य श्री उमेश उपाध्याय म्हणाले की पत्रकारांना असे वाटते की जणू ते जगाचे व्यवहार चालवणारे पुरुष आहेत. "यामुळे ते तणावाखाली आहेत," तो म्हणाला. पत्रकारितेत इतर कोणत्याही व्यवसायापेक्षा जास्त तणाव, नैराश्य आणि निराशा असल्याचे सांगून यातील काही गोष्टी सोडून शिकण्याचा सल्लाही त्यांनी उपस्थितांना दिला. ते म्हणाले की, जर पत्रकारांना त्यांचे उपजीविकेचे साधन नाही हे समजले तर त्यांचा ताण कमी होईल. व्यावसायिक तणावातून मुक्त होण्यासाठी पत्रकारितेच्या क्षेत्राबाहेरील मित्र बनवण्याचा सल्ला त्यांनी दिला.

प्रा.कृपा शंकर चौबे म्हणाले की, पत्रकारांना मल्टी टास्किंग करावे लागत असल्याने तणाव जाणवतो. डेडलाइन प्रेशरमुळेही तणाव वाढतो, असेही ते म्हणाले. “तणावांमुळे सर्जनशीलता कमी होते आणि आरोग्यावरही परिणाम होतो,” असे निरीक्षण त्यांनी नोंदवले आणि त्याशी लढण्यासाठी उपाय सुचवले.

कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात पवित्र ज्योत प्रज्वलनाने झाली. प्रा. प्रमोद कुमार, डीन, विद्यार्थी कल्याण, आय.आय.एम.सी, यांनी उत्कृष्टपणे कार्यवाहीचे संचालन केले आणि आपल्या प्रास्ताविकाद्वारे विषय विस्तृतपणे स्पष्ट केला. प्रा.(डॉ.) व्ही.के. भारती, प्रादेशिक संचालक, IIMC, अमरावती यांनी आभार मानले.

To commemorate the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, NHAI has organized plantation program of 1000 plants at 100 places across the country i.e. One lakh plants in a single day. This plantation drive was a part of a nationwide drive that NHAI has organized to mark the Amrit Mahotsav, celebrating 75 years of India’s Independence and launched on 17.07.2022 at Nagpur, by Shri Nitinji Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister for Road Transport & Highways, in LIT campus, Nagpur. NHAI’s aim is to plant 75 lakh plantations till 15^th August 2022 across the country.

 

2.       Shri Ashok Kumar Jain, Advisor(Plantation), NHAI, New Delhi was in Nagpur for launching of plantation drive along with the Hon’ble Minister for RT&H.

 

3.       NHAI, Regional Office,Nagpur planted a total of 24710 saplings in a single day in Vidarbha and Marathwada Region, which involved on major National Highways as part of this drive.

 

4.       The plantation programme was also taken up at Jamtha on NH-44 by NHAI along with the Concessionaire, M/s. Oriental. The students of Mundle Public School, Gavsi Manapur has participated in the plantation programme.

 

5.       The plantation programme was also taken up in the Districts of Nagpur, Chandrapur, Aurangabad, Dhule, Nanded, Yavatmal, Wardha and Akola covering all the National Highways under Regional Office, Nagpur, with Contractors/ Concessionaires along with huge participation of local representatives and students of nearby schools. 

 

6.       Spreading the message of environment sustainability, the drive also saw participation fromSocial Forestry Officials, NGOsNishchay & Kalpvriksha, and School students.

 

7.       The total number of 14,01,381saplinghave been planted till date across the National Highways under Regional Office,Nagpur and this includes the4,46,361of sapling planted during the year 2021-22. Also, the 11,93,789 number of plants have been Geotagged. NHAI RO Nagpur is planning to plants 1,91,024 number of saplings during current FY- 2022-23.NHAI, Regional Office, Nagpur is also going for Miyawaki plantation and has selected the 11 land parcels (6 under PIU Aurangabad, 4 under PIU Dhule & 1 under PIU Washim) for Miyawaki plantation. It is also proposed to have plantation in order to create Oxygen Park at Khapsi Cloverleaf near Nagpur.

28 riders from across the country have already registered

 50 cyclists likely in 1000km BRM

In the biggest endurance cycling event ever held in central India, Nagpur Randonneurs will host close to 50 riders from across the country for a 1000km BRM (brevet) on August 13.

So far, 10 riders from Chandrapur, nine from Nashik, seven from Nagpur and one from Aurangabad have registered for the annual event. At least another 15 riders from Nashik, Mumbai and Nagpur are likely to register by August 10, when the registrations close.

The BRM, which starts at Zero Mile at 5.30 am on August 13, will go to the Charminar city of Hyderabad via Yavatmal and return via Hinganghat.

The grand event will be flagged off by Municipal Commissioner and randonneur Radhakrishnan B.

The riders have 75 hours (3 days and 3 hours) to complete the BRM. The allotted time includes rest and chores, which means each participant has to ride a minimum of 300km per day.

शाळा सुरु असतांना मनपाच्या शाळेतील स्लॅब कोसळला

सध्या जोरदार पावसाचे दिवस सुरू आहेत,शहरातील अनेक भागात पावसाचे पाणी शिरल्याने मोठे नुकसान झाले आहे. अश्यातच नागपुरात देखील शाळा सुरु असतांना मनपाच्या शाळेतील स्लॅबचा काही भाग कोसळल्याची घटना घडली आहे. पश्चिम नागपुरच्या सुरेंद्रगढ येथील कांचनमाला मनपा शाळेच्या स्लॅबचा भाग कोसळला, हा स्लॅब जेव्हा कोसळला तेव्हा शाळा सुरु होती. मोडकळीस आलेल्या इमारतीत हि शाळा सुरु होती. मात्र सुदैवाने कुठलीही जीवितहानी झाली नाही. जनहित या स्वयंसेवी संस्थेचे संयोजक अभिजीत झा यांनी हा प्रकार उघडकीस आणला.

इमारतीच्या पहिल्या माळ्यावर जाण्यासाठी जो जिना आहे त्याठिकाणी ही घटना घडली. ज्यावेळी ही घटना घडली त्यावेळी शाळा सुरु होती. सुरेंद्रगढ येथे महानगरपालिकेच्या शाळेत स्लॅबचा भाग कोसळण्साची ही दुसरी घटना आहे. गेल्यावर्षी हिंदी माध्यमीक शाळेत असाच प्रकार घडला होता. नागपूर महानगर पालिका प्रशासनाच्या अक्षम्य दुर्लक्षामुळे मनपा शाळांची दुरावस्था होत आहे.

शाळेची संपूर्ण इमारत मोडकळीस आली असून जागोजागी प्लास्टर गळून पडत आहे. अनेक जागी भिंतीला मोठमोठ्या भेगा पडल्या असून जागोजागी पावसाचे पाणी गळत आहे. शाळेतील वर्ग खोल्यांमध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांना बसण्यासाठी पुरेशी जागा नाही. येथील सहाही वर्गखोल्यांची दुरावस्था झाली आहे. प्रसाधन गृह सुस्थितीत नाही त्याठिकाणी पावसाचे पाणी गळत असल्यामुळे विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांना त्रास सहन करावा लागतोय.

कांचनमाला शाळेची इमारत गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून धोकादायक स्थितीत आहे. अशा परिस्थितीतही वर्षभरापूर्वी बाजूच्या हिंदी माध्यमीक शाळेतील वर्ग याठिकाणी स्थानांतरीत करण्यात आले. पूर्वी या शाळेत फक्त मराठी माध्यमांचे प्राथमिक वर्ग सुरु होते. विद्यार्थ्यांची संख्या वाढल्यामुळे याठिकाणी मोठ्या प्रमाणात गैरसोय होत आहे.

गेल्यावर्षी हिंदी माध्यमीक शाळेत असाच प्रकार घडला होता. नंतर ही इमारत सील करण्यात आली. सुरेंद्रगढ येथील महानगरपालिकेच्या शाळांसाठी सातत्याने संघर्ष करणारे अभिजीत झा यांनी या घटनेसाठी महानगरपालिका प्रशासन व शिक्षण विभागातील अधिकारी जबाबदार असल्याचा आरोप केला आहे.

शाळेची इमारत धोकादायक असल्याची पूर्ण कल्पना असून देखील मनपा प्रशासनाने विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांचे जीव धोक्यात घातल्याचे त्यांनी म्हटले आहे. या शाळांचे नव्याने बांधकाम करण्यासाठी महानगरपालिकेने बजेटमध्ये निधीचे नियोजन केले मात्र वर्षभराचा कालावधी लोटला तरी कुठलेही काम सुरु झाले नाही असे झा यांनी म्हटले आहे. शिक्षण विभागातील बेजबाबदार अधिकारी, माजी पदाधिकारी व नगरसेवकांच्या अनास्थेमुळे सुरेंद्रगढ मधील विद्यार्थी आणि शिक्षकांच्या जीवितास धोका निर्माण झाल्याचा आरोप झा यांनी केला आहे.

महानगरपालिकेच्या सुरेंद्रगढ शाळेतील विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांनी विज्ञान क्षेत्रात जी कामगीरी केली त्यामुळे नागपूर शहराला बहुमान प्राप्त झाला. मात्र गुणवत्ता सिद्ध करुनही या शाळांमधील विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांच्या नशिबी मोडकळीस आलेल्या शाळेची इमारत येणे हे दुर्देव असल्याचे ते म्हणालेत. सुरेंद्रगढ व गिट्टीखदान परिसरात मेहनत मजदूरी करणारी तळ हातावर पोट असलेली अनेक कुटुंब राहतात. महानगरपालिकेच्या या दोन्ही शाळा येथील शेकडो कुटुंबांसाठी आधार आहेत. शाळेच्या दुरावस्थेमुळे व शिक्षणासाठी पोषक वातावरण नसल्यामुळे येथील अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांनी टीसी काढून दुसर्‍या शाळेत प्रवेश घेणे सुरु केल्याचे झा यांनी म्हटले आहे.

जोपर्यंत या दोन्ही शाळांचे नव्याने बांधकाम होत नाही तोपर्यंत येथील वर्ग जवळच्या सुरक्षित इमारतीत स्थानांतरीत करावे अशी मागणीही झा यांनी केली आहे. महानगरपालिकेने या प्रश्नाकडे गांभिर्याने लक्ष देऊन तोडगा काढला नाही तर विद्यार्थी व त्यांच्या पालकांना सोबत घेऊन आंदोलन करण्याचा इशारा त्यांनी दिला आहे.

भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चाच्या माध्यमातुन एका नवीन आध्ययाची सुरूवात झाली. भाजयुमोतर्फे माजी खासदार व प्रसिद्ध उद्योगपती अजयजी संचेती यांच्या मार्गदर्शनात भाजयुमो प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विक्रांत पाटील यांच्या जन्मदिनाच्या दिवशी, भाजपा शहर अध्यक्ष आ. प्रविण दटके व भाजयुमो प्रदेश महामंत्री शिवानी दाणी वखरे यांच्या संकल्पनेतुन व भाजयुमो शहर अध्यक्ष पारेंद्र पटले यांच्या पुढाकाराने भाजयुमो उद्योग विकास मंचाची स्थापना करण्यात आली. समान विचारधारेतील तरूण एकत्रित येऊन नव-नविन उद्योग सुरू करतील तसेच नवीन उद्योगांना व उद्योजकांना प्रोत्साहन देतील. सध्या उद्योग विकास मंचाची स्थपना नागपुर येथे करण्यात आली आहे. भविष्यात उद्योग विकास मंच देशातील प्रत्येक शहरात सुरू करण्याचा आशावाद यावेळी अजय संचेती यांनी व्यक्त केला. काल नागपुर येथील स्टारबक्स येथे मंचाची प्रथम बैठक पार पडली.

बैठकीमध्ये भाजयुमो उद्येग विकास मंचाची कार्यकारिणी गठीत करण्यात आली. अध्यक्ष पदी सुलभ देशपांडे, उपाध्यक्ष पदी प्रणव घुगरे, सचिव पदी चंद्रभुषण महंकाळ व सौरभ जंगशेट्टीवार, कोषाध्यक्ष पदी गौरव टांगसाळे, सह- कोषाध्यक्ष पदी राहुल गुप्ता व सदस्य पदी आशय नलमवार आणि अभिजीत पौनिकर यांची घोषणा करण्यात आली.

नागपूर पोलिसांनी पटकावला सर्वोच्च पोलिसिंगचा सन्मान

नागपूर: 

वेळेवर,कमी दिवसात, गुन्ह्याची उकल करून गुन्हे उघडकीस आणण्याचे प्रमाण गुन्हेगारीवर नियंत्रण, साबूत ठेवण्यात  राज्यात नागपूर पोलिस अव्वल ठरले आहे. अर्धवार्षिक गुन्हे आढावा परिषदेत गृहमंत्री दिलीप वळसे पाटील यांच्याहस्ते पोलिस आयुक्त अमितेशकुमार यांना चषक व प्रशस्तीपत्र देऊन नागपूर पोलिसांचा गौरव करण्यात आला.

२०२०मध्ये नागपूर पोलिसांनी अत्यंत गुंतागुंतीच्या व आव्हानात्मक गुन्ह्यांचा छडा लावला. कुख्यात गुंडांच्या टोळीविरुद्ध मोक्काअंतर्गत कारवाई करून त्यांना कारागृहात डांबले. करोना काळात मृत झालेल्या पोलिसांच्या कुटुंबीयांना आर्थिक मदत मिळवून देण्यासह पोलिसांची वैद्यकीय तपासणी करून करोनापासून बचावासाठी त्यांना आवश्यक ती औषध व सुविधा पुरविण्यातही नागपूर उत्तम ठरले. 

राज्यातील सर्वच मुख्यालयांतून या बाबींचे मूल्यांकन करण्यात आले. 'ब' गटात नागपूर शहर पोलिसांनी यात प्रथम स्थान पटकावले आहे. पोलिस महासंचालक रजनीश सेठ, मुंबईचे पोलिस आयुक्त संजय पांडे आदी या कार्यक्रमाला उपस्थित होते.

'हे सांघिक यश आहे. पोलिस कर्मचारी व अधिकाऱ्यांनी घेतलेल्या परिश्रमानेच नागपूर पोलिसांना हे स्थान मिळाले. या पुरस्कारामुळे आमची जबाबदारी आणखी वाढली आहे', अशा शब्दांत पोलिस आयुक्त अमितेशकुमार यांनी भावना व्यक्त केल्या.

12 जिलों को यलो अलर्ट जारी

राज्य में तापमान दिन-ब-दिन बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। और स्थिति चिंताजनक होती जा रही है। एक ओर जहां बेमौसम बारिश का संकट है, वहीं गर्मी तेजी से बढ़ती जा रही है. इसको लेकर मौसम विभाग ने अलर्ट जारी किया है।

राज्य की आईएमडी वेबसाइट ने राज्य में लू चलने की चेतावनी दी है. आज से 10.11 से 12 अप्रैल के बीच विदर्भ में भीषण गर्मी पड़ने का अनुमान है। मौसम विभाग ने यह भविष्यवाणी की है। इसलिए नागरिकों से अपील है कि सावधानी बरतें।

राज्य के कई हिस्सों में तापमान 40 से 42 डिग्री सेल्सियस है। भीषण गर्मी के महीनों के दौरान न्यूनतम तापमान में तेजी से वृद्धि हुई है।

वाशिम, वर्धा, चंद्रपुर और अमरावती में तापमान 42 डिग्री से ऊपर है। सबसे ज्यादा तापमान अमरावती में रिकॉर्ड किया गया। मौसम विभाग ने दक्षिण विदर्भ में एक और पांच दिनों तक लू चलने का अनुमान जताया है।

उत्तरी महाराष्ट्र के रत्नागिरी, सिंधुदुर्ग, कोल्हापुर, सांगली, सतारा, अहमदनगर, जलगांव और नागपुर, चंद्रपुर, भंडारा, अकोला और भंडारा जिलों में लू देखी गई। इन जिलों को अगले दो से तीन दिनों के लिए येलो हीट अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।

Yellow Alert issued to 12 districts

The temperature in the state is rising day by day. And the situation is becoming worrisome. While there is a crisis of unseasonal rains, on the other hand, the heat is increasing rapidly. The meteorological department has issued an alert against this background.

The state's IMD website has warned of a heat wave in the state. From today, between 10.11 and 12 April, a big heat wave is expected in Vidarbha. The meteorological department has made this forecast. Therefore, citizens are urged to take care.

The temperature in many parts of the state is 40 to 42 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature has risen sharply during the hot summer months.

The temperature in Washim, Wardha, Chandrapur and Amravati is above 42 degrees. The highest temperature was recorded in Amravati. The meteorological department has forecast another five days of heat wave in South Vidarbha.

Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Ahmednagar, Jalgaon in North Maharashtra and Nagpur, Chandrapur, Bhandara, Akola, Bhandara districts in some parts of the heat wave has increased. Yellow heat alert has been issued to these districts for next two to three days.

एकाच घरात चौघांचे आढळले मृतदेह | पत्नी, मुलांची हत्या करून कुटुंबप्रमुखाची आत्महत्या

नागपूर : नागपुरातील दयानंद पार्क परिसरात एकाच घरातील चौघांचे मृतदेह, आढळल्याने परिसरात तसेच नागपूर शहरात खळबळ उडाली आहे.पत्नी,मुलांची हत्या करून कुटुंबप्रमुखानं आत्महत्या केल्याचा प्राथमिक तपासात समोर येत आहे.

आर्थिक विवंचनेतून पतीने पत्नी आणि दोन मुलांची हत्या करत स्वतः गळफास लावून आत्महत्या केल्याचे प्राथमिक तपासात समोर येत आहेत.

मदन अग्रवाल असे आत्महत्या करणाऱ्या पतीचे नाव असून मदन याने गळफास लावून आत्महत्या करण्यापूर्वी पत्नी किरण, मुलगा वृषभ आणि मुलगी तोषिता यांची चाकूने वार करत हत्या केल्याचे समोर आले आहे. या घटनेमुळे परिसरात खळबळ उडाली आहे.

मदन हा चायनीजचा स्टॉल चालवत होता.मागील अनेक दिवसांपासून आर्थिक विवंचनेत होते. त्यांच्यावर अनेकांची उसनवारी होती. त्याच तणावातून त्यांनी हे पाऊल उचलले असावे असा प्राथमिक अंदाज आहे. दयानंद पार्क परिसरात ज्या भाड्याच्या घरी मदन अग्रवाल यांचे कुटुंब राहत होते. तिथे आज सकाळपासून कुठलीही हालचाल

झाली नाही.त्यामुळे शेजाऱ्यांना शंका आल्याने अग्रवाल यांच्या ओळखीतल्या काही लोकांना घरात कुठलीही हालचाल नसल्याची माहिती दिली. त्यानंतर पोलिसांना बोलवण्यात आले. पोलिसांनी येऊन दार तोडून घरात प्रवेश केला तेव्हा मदन अग्रवाल हे गळफास लावलेल्या अवस्थेत दिसून आला. तर आतील खोलीत पत्नी आणि दोन मुलांचे मृतदेह रक्ताच्या थारोळ्यात आढळून आले.
