He was speaking at the inugural function organized by Mahagenco with due support of Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad. 26th to 28th March three days Capacity Building training is specially designed for Senior Management personnels of Mahagenco at Koradi Training Center.
Right from the birth, everyone has the inherent potentials & capacities but due to ignorance and some what manipulation, it shows adverse effects on oneself. While developing the managerial ability, the gap between the "Target" and the "Achievement" needs to be minimized and Strategic Management has to be implemented. He interacted with the participants on the basic issues of management and shared Seven "A" mantras of Management Skills that included Approach,Attitude,Aptitude, Action, Analysis, Accomplishment & Achievement.
Presiding over the inaugural ceremony, Mahagenco's Director (Operations) Chandrakant Thotwe, Executive Director (Human Resources) Vinod Bondre, Chief Engineer (Training) Dilip Dhakate, Trained faculties of the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad; B. Lakshmi, K.R. Raghavan were mainly present on the dias.Dilip Dhakate told that, if you want to survive in the era of competition then only technical and professional knowledge is not sufficient, updated Management Skills are very much essential & everyone should contribute for sustainable development.
Milind Rahatgaonkar performed the compering and thanks giving ceremony. About 25 senior officials are participating in this session. Superintendent Engineer of Koradi Training Center, Anand Meshram, Executive Engineer Vinay Hardas, Sarika Sontakke, Additional Executive Engineer Dr. Kishor Sagne, Pravin Tirthgirikar and the team took lot of efforts to make this training a great success.
